They're ugly anyway, like the rear light imho. But, something is needed back there, and up front. In this state anyway.

Or just use smaller 3 wire incandescent turn signals like I did.
They look a LOT better than the stock signals and they work great.

We're not required to have turn signals here, you can make hand signals. But I would never change lanes without thoroughly checking my blind spot anyway. If I can even see a car I wait. And the bike looks so much meaner without those dorky factory signals. I did try to hook up aftermarket LED signals and played the diode/flasher game without success so f' it. None of my Harleys ever had signals.

Put your led signals back on and remove the bulb from the dummy light in the gauge pod.

Doing this will eliminate the need for diodes.

They will blink fast though
