Since I didn't get an owner's manual with my recent purchase, can anyone with one let me know what the recommended amount of front fork oil is? I appreciate your help. Thanks.

I just did the fork seals on my 89. 451cc it is, if you dont have
a cc cup 15 oz in each fork should get you where you need to be.
I have stock spring and went with belray 15 wt to get a bit better
damping.
regards,
Chris

Thank for all of the information. I appreciate your input. I'm just waiting on Ricor and the fork seals to come. I got a little a head of myself and ordered both the Ricor and the Progressive Spring before I realized they recommend the stock spring with the Ricor. Hopefully they will work well together.

You would notice the biggest change when using Ricor's with stock springs. Heretic has them with Progressive fork springs and doesn't notice a huge change...just when hitting certain types of bumps at certain speeds. Right Howard?
