Stay clear of the rain? Up north got a few bouts of sprinkles this afternoon, enough to soak the roads and kick up a ton of mist.

I only got one person who was able to ride today, and they had to be back by mid-afternoon. Ended up doing just a short local ride.

How was the show? good turnout?

It rained down on the south coast well after noon today. Then the sun came out. Hope everyone had a safe trip. Hope someone took some pics.

I left the house @ 8am,met John and Terry In stafford went back to palmer to meet the rest of the group for 10, not a drop of rain:biglaugh:. left Kmart a little after ten. Mike lead us there on some "off the beaten path" roads, nice ride,thanks Mike.:clapping:
John,Terry and I split a little early and had a good ride back, Good to meet a couple more maxers.

The show was better this year with many more complete bikes for sale ,and parts seamed to be better organized by the venders then in the Past. I had four 85 side covers in my hand, five bucks each,but they were all left side:bang head::bang head:.

I talked to one guy from the starmax forum that let his 92 max go for under 1500.and there were alot of very nice bikes in the show.some for sale at pretty reasonable prices,but some wanted stupid money( one kawasaki inparticular )

Missed not seeing Mark and Steve but there is still time for a new england ride!

Had an awesome time..ROR was pretty cool..but cooler still was meetin and ridin with fellow maxxers..
great bunch of guys, Twisted, DrN20, 95spfld,.. thanks guys for a great ride.
and yes...i too may need a new seat after hours of ridin with the one i have now.

cant wait for the next ride.
(i did take a couple pics..ill post tomorro..not many tho)

+1, it sucked getting rained out. Cleaning my bike is bad luck. I'm not doing it again. A N.E. ride would be great, maybe anothe Quabin run?

Mine (orange), DR.n20 in red, twisteds Gen 2,.. You cant make out 95sprfls just beyond that..

And a strangers Black max next to mine.. he showed up later and I guess wanted to park with the "cool kids". (although he didnt seem to wanna chat as he was leaving- even with the obvious "common interest")

There was one other Black max parked a ways away..could be a member here?

So I think there was a total of 7 Vmaxxes ?..

Also , thanks to the other guys who rode with us though I can't remember all names, it's hard enough to remember to match screen names with real names.. it's almost like I met twice as many people. :ummm: JK

The best riding is here . Would love a trip up north Rt 16 down 28 . See some moose n some good foliage for those leaf peepers lol. Anyone up for this?
