Probably not. Unless Wilbros or Boxxebstopp can get it. They handle a lot of European stuff.

Don't be afraid to buy from Exactrep, they are extremely reputable and half he time you'll even get it before US vendors.

That's higher'n a cats back tho'...You'd do better just going with Marks or UFO, I'm not sure if any one else is making 4-2-1 for the Max in the US. Kerker did/does??

Looks like a Kerker knock off (which we can sell you the Kerker stuff new - and I have used on occasion). I also sell the exactrep stuff for about their same catalog pricing.
