Nice looking bike Randy, I would have trouble parting her out. I would put a 1260 engine in it and have a fast running Vmax........

I don't much bother with that size anymore. Either stock, 1300, or bigger.

I'd pull the motor and see if you can diagnose a bad con rod bearing. I'd actually try changing out the oil pump if it checks out ok. Pulling a motor and putting it back is no picnic but I feel that bike is worth saving!
