Is the mileage hurting the custom bike or what?? I called after the auction ended on the bike that made it to $4,000, and the guy said his reserve was $6,500, and told him if it was as clean as stated I would go $5,500, and he acted insulted. I am really impressed with the bike, and am well aware of what he has invested in wheels, tires, exhaust. The bike will never bring $6,500, but who the hell paid $5,500 for the other homofied 95?!?!:rofl_200:

I have mixed feelings on the prices of used vmaxe's, Most of the time I think many of them on Ebay are pretty good deals, Say 3 or 4 grand for a 8-10-12 yr old max that is in real good condition w/ low miles. ( low miles for me is about under 15k, ) The vmax looks meaner than hell, sounds like it's going to rip you leg off w/ the right pipes, and when just about anyone gets on it and whacks the throttle they HAVE to admit the damn thing moves out like a raped ape!! All of this for a few grand, I'm in love.
Here's a fine example----I have an 85, had 9,500k when I bought it two years ago, aftermarket equipment goes as follows. ufo pipes, jetted, and K/N filter, also a few misc chrome bling bling, pretty darn standard max considering what's out there. I paid 6,500$$, at least 1,000 to much, probly more I'm sure, I love the heck out of it and have absolutely no regrets!! Yes it is in fantastic shape, this counts more than most anything.
