To date I have COPS, Ignitech,Kerker 4-2-1 and a Morley Muscle kit.
I am sorting the oil pump oring kit with Sean.

I'll be rewiring the bike from scratch using late model switchgear...(2000 onwards R1 type stuff).
The bike is a 94/96 frame /engine...am I right the reg /rectifier is ok on these models or do I need the R1 upgrade ?

I'm also going to put a Barnett 6 spring conversion in the clutch...did this on my XJR and it's a good upgrade.

I'm replacing all the running gear and will be looking at a custom frame brace to suit the style of the bike.

Anything I've missed ??

Suspension , brakes , seat upgrade , radials or is that all considered running gear ?

Yes mate,it is.
I have R1 front end and 17" wheels.
The whole rear subframe is being rebuilt..

That sounds like pretty much like it....planning any upgrades on the headlights or the turn signals, and brake light....like the CBR brake light?

Hell yeah....all that was left of stock bike was main frame cradle, motor and swingarm.
Everything else is custom.

Lol....oh yeah...swingarm....jig has been built....once she's built I'll work on the arm with my engineer mate...

+1....I did 378 miles one way, and only stopped to fuel going to Topeka ks. A Maxgasser is a GREAT seat.
