Keeps coming up invalid file , does anyone know how to rectify this .

Its a video , have loaded it to my laptop but when i load it on here it completes then comes up invalid file :bang head
does anyone know how to reformate it ......

this site doesn't have permissions set forth to host video. For good reason. Upload it to youtube then post the link

Since it lloks like it's a .WMV I'd just go ahead and upload it to youtube (ez to create account there) and then once loaded there just use yotube link to post here. That should solve the problem the easiest.
