bad noise in tranny

Was shifting from first two second sound like somthing came apart in tranny then I noticed gear noise 4th-5th real bad noise leaks oil out drive shaft where it connect nice drip any idea.

Cracked the block probably. Check back of the block behind the vin stamp area. I've ruined three blocks so far this way. Repaired one.

OK pulled the rubber back where the drive shaft connects to the motor and found a big nut that broke off feels like where the shaft connects

Remove the swingarm and check the output ujoint. You may have got lucky but the case takes a shit load of stress back there when that happens. With that out of the way you can check the case for cracks. If it's just the output housind and gear (or ujoint) then it's an easy fix.

Was the nut on the final drive. I thought with all that noise it was bad.
