For those of you in Texas or close by, there is a Vmax Run to Bandera November 14th and home Sunday the 16th.
It's a Vmoa event but ALL are welcome members or not....
Some of the guys not from Houston just meet in Bandera, most leave Houston area friday morning early and take backroads (no I-10) to Bandera; around 300 miles total and pretty much the same Sunday as well going home, except for those in a hurry and willing to slab it home on I-10 in a hurry........
Saturday is the big day though usually, about 250 miles or so of Texas ranch roads 335, 336, 337 also know as the three sisters...the most technically challenging roads Texas has to offer, more turns per mile than any other roads in the entire state, and a hell of a lot of fun...if you like dragging pegs, and roller coaster hills with switchback turns this is it........
Most of the group usually stays at "The Riverfront Motel", Bandera, Texas
If anyone is interested give me a Buzz and I'll see if we can hook you up with an empty bed, all the cabins are doubles or triples so there are usually a few people looking for a roomie to cut costs.....
