Between the handlebars and main light

I recently took my mini- screen off to clean and noticed that the cover between the bars and the main light was not in good condition (badly marked) i actually prefer no mini- screen , am i able to get a replaced part not sure what you call it tho . Also the brackets for my screen and attached to the indicators how do i take these off ?:confused2:

Loosen the signals and they will come right off (they are slotted to slip in from the side.

You can either get a new turn signal "crown" support or polish/chrome it. I am out of chrome ones on hand at the moment.
