Agh!! Brings back unpleasant mems-I was a rescue guy, back in another life, went on a call one am, a guy had a tractor (Farmall M, I think) come over backwards on him. The steering wheel had broken off as the shaft punctured his chest, leaving the spoke ends lodged behind his rib cage.
Got him stabilized, sawed the shaft off and got him to the hospital where after several ops the guy recovered and was fine.

Just like these guys--LUCKY!! :worthy:
