Blue smoke and oil leak

Hi all. I was warming my max up the other day and after a minute or so blue smoke started coming out from around the engine. Not out the exhaust. It only lasted about 5 seconds or so and it was fine after. I took it out for a couple of hours no trouble at all. When I got home I noticed a bit of fresh oil sat in the spark plug drain off hole on the front offside cylinder.

The oil level is fine on the bike. it has had the engine out and gearbox gone over end of last year, is there anything other than a leaking rocker cover gasket that could cause oil to be in that area? Many thanks.

Valve cover gasket, or cover bolt gasket is my guess. They get brittle with age and are slightly tricky to install the first time alone. Most likely the beginning of an issue and best addressed soon.
