I was needing some pictures of the tail mounted, side and rear please. My unit came in and I'm working on assembly now. How did you get the rear brake light mounted in place? License plate mounting. I'm trying to make sure I've got all the parts.

looking at that particular bike, i'm gonna say it belongs to someone in the uk. looks like the taylormade wheels, swingarm and yokes. the exhaust is probably gonna be done be a company called zorstec. unfortunately i think they do all their work one off and need your bike. i tried to see if they could make me the undertail setup that was on the previous owner of my current bodyworks bike. they said they could if i brought them the bike as they keep no measurements. i guess its how they ensure quality fit and finish. if you cant find your answer here try posting the pic on these sites and i'm sure someone will know the answer or point you in the direction of the bikes owner-- http://www.vmax.co.uk/ or http://www.vmaxchat.co.uk/
be kind enough to take some pics of the install so others can use your how to if they were to buy this setup. always good to grow the data base for fellow max owners.

Thanks, I just shot Steve some email to get a little more insight. But I'm thinking I'm going to have to make my own license plate holder.

I'll take plenty of pictures and do an install writeup. when I get done painting the thing I'll be doing the install.

Fit it first before paint.my one seater conversion had to be cut out a little to fit.wouldn't want you to paint it then have to cut it.

I thought about a side mount, but I've got an under the tail mount sketched up. I'll fire up the nibblers and cut it out this weekend if I have the energy. I'm thinking doing a little bit here and there. and then during spring break do the entire assembly.

I have tests and research papers coming up and school comes first. But it's nice having the parts come in. has already been painted. Next week I'll colorsand and buff it, then mount the lights and just take it from there depending on work load.
