can the OTEC water pump cover be powdercoated?

No, it cant be powdercoated without remnoving the clear inserts.
It will melt like a pancake.

There is a one way to powdercoat the cover.
You need to find ultraviolet powdercoating.

Normaly heat is used to make the powder to become solid.
UV method is a COLD method but its hard to find that service.
