Carb diaphrams

Does anyone know the best option for replacing gen1 carb diaphrams?
The rubbers on a couple of mine are not soft ( not cracked) but hard..:ummm:

Have you tried some wd40 on them to see if that helps ?

There was a guy in No. Miami Beach FL selling replacement diaphragms for ~$100 shipped that a # of guys on-here used. The replacement is a bit tricky, the slides are plastic and can shatter if you aren't careful. Still, it beats $100 apiece or whatever the factory price for new slides/diaphragms is. Do a search for the replacement threads and the website or search on ebay for the product.

I have rubbers only for $100 for 4 or new complete slide assemblies for $75 each. Used are $50 each
