Okay it's me again. Cleaned carbs and set floats last night, going to sync tonight.

Here's the question. Last time I try to sync (just bought Morgan Carb tune) the slides on the carb tune did not move at 1000 rpms. I had to get to about 2000 rpms to get them to move. Is this normal? I put the restictors in like the manual said 10cms from the end. I wonder if they are too restrictive?

All four gauges? Make sure the hoses aren't kinked. What's your idle set to? Try w/o the restrictors and see what happens.

No kinks. Yup all four hoses. I did hook it up without the restrictors when if first got the gauge and the slides moved fine, just a little unstable. I may have to go without the restrictors or shorten them. I just want to ride! I'm so close I can taste the bugs in my teeth.
