Carbs and exhaust popping

I’ve spent literally hours and hours and hours…….not to mention £££££££’s trying to remedy this issue - bike coughing and farting and running . Someone mentioned about the mixture screws so I bought 4 kits from Fowlers and it now runs like a clock.
