Yeah, up until we now we have never declared war but it looks like due to recent interest it will be starting soon.

I am probably the most inactive since I just collect resources and haven't had an offensive attack in at least 6 months.

It appears there is a larger vmax clan also. May be worth a shot to see what they have going in terms of getting in the mix with other maxers and in war right away.

I'm pretty idle with the exception of war. As a result of war, I now have two accounts
