Coating coming off

Hi.
A bit difficult to explain ; but what do you do when the black "coating" on the motor and on the clutch and brake fluid holder peels off ? A lot of blank spots are visible and it aint' looking nice. Do you use some sort of fire resistant black coating ?

I have the same pb here, planning to have it repainted with high temp paint soon.
I don't feel letting some shop here doing a powder coating on it even if it could be better.

Sand them, clean them up with de-greaser, prime and paint with engine paint. If you prep it good the paint will last for a while.
