Notice my coolant overflow is loosing fluid...more than ususal..what is the cause of this?

This may be related but I notice I'm getting a slow leak from the rad cap. Is there a generic auto rad cap that will fit?

Unrelated but if my new reserve fuel sensor does'nt seem to work after installation and riding tests but passes the check tests..what else could cause this ?

If it's leaking from your cap then that's the problem. Check for leaks at all hose clamps especially your pump weep hole, drain valve, elbow, etc.

How do you know fuel sender doesn't work?

Steve

thanks will look into this

Sender does not seem to work because I stopped to fill up and had to put in over 3.5 gallons...light never came on.

Does the bulb light when you hit the starter switch?

Maybe your light was nearly ready to come on, and the place where you filled up may be selling you more gas than they are actually putting in your tank. I've run into that a time or three in the past. I once put 22 gallons of gas in my truck's 20 gallon fuel tank - and it wasn't empty when I pulled in. I never gassed up at that station again.

I ran into that situation this morning. Put 7 gallons in a 6-gallon can. I went inside and told them they should re-calibrate the pump if they didn't want the FTC notified. They said it was due to be calibrated this month, so I'll not be going back there until at least next month.
