I am guessing after the chase, the cop had his finger on the trigger and accidentally squeezed off two rounds...:blink000:

I guess nobody ever taught him to keep his finger off the trigger until he's ready to fire. I've been shooting a long time and have never even remotely come close to firing by accident, probably because I don't have a finger on the trigger until I'm ready to fire.

The guy that accidentally got shot, twice, is white, thats why I haven't heard anything about this here in Denver from the news,family or friends. Go figure

My brother's office is Eden Prairie, he used to live in Edina and now lives somewhere near Minnetonka.
I spent a summer up there with my Vmax years ago.
Luckily I didn't get shot for riding like a Hooligan while I was there.

That cop should consider himself lucky; instead of accidentally shooting the guy in the arm, he could have hit him in the head or some other vital area...

Yeah, the officer's career is over. At least he didn't try to justify it, and he showed some wisdom by limiting his recorded words. He did take responsibility, though.
ABSOLUTELY good thing it wasn't a fatal wound!!!
