crankcase breather confusion

I have a crankcase breather hose sorta like on the stage 7 kit and the stock breather hose coming straight up to the air box that is no longer there, so I got a T fitting and connected both hoses and put a little cone shaped air filter on the other,the filter is getting caked with oil.

I'm I creating a circulatory vacuum thing here? why the oil in the filter? whats the best way to route these hoses that makes better sense and doesn't pull oil?

I know its been discussed 3000 times but I'm missing something.

Do you have the stage 7 restrictor in the hose so oil isn't sucked into the filter?
