Shawn, I noticed in one of the pics you posted that you removed the center "connecting" pieces on your factory front wheel.

That is something I have been considering doing for quite awhile that I have'nt seen before so I was surprised to see that someone else had done it. I like how it looks and am wondering how much weight it trimmed...

Any pointers on how you went about it?
I figured I could do mine with a sawzall and a die grinder to clean it up afterwards; is there a better/easier way?
 
I cut mine with a hacksaw blade by hand and then filed it.Instead of just cutting it straight across you could make spikes or some other design on each side.I saw one done that was a long curved spike on each trailing side that was cool.The wieght is probably only a pound or so lighter.
