Here in Miami FL a drunk just plowed into a Chevy dealer's row of Corvette Gran Sports.

Seems like the Russian mob has been targeting businesses renting the cars, just stealing them instead of returning them. He had GPS tracking on the cars & followed their leaving FL, violating the rental contract, at which point he called the cops who said, "it's a civil matter, we can't do anything." He had to go to other states to reclaim his cars, one time literally off the car transporter carrying his stolen exotic as it went by them as they tracked its GPS.
