Drills and springs

Are the drills and springs from a stage 1 kit, and a stage 7 kit the same....or are they different?

If they are different....then which ones bigger, and what size are they?

The Slide Drill bits both seem to be size (#19), listed as DD19 and Springs are both listed as DSP044:

Thank you very much. I was curious to see if they were the same size or not. Ive read thru multiple posts from people that have the stage 1 kits and stage 7, and Sean's kit as well, and there doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason as to why some people have the drilled slides, and love them, and others don't, and say that the bike surges...etc.

I'm looking at getting Sean's kit over the summer, and just trying to get all of my ducks in a row first, before I have to start experimenting with the jetting.
