drivetrain help please

Patricks bike is making drivetrain noise Near the middle gear area On D Excel

Lunch was just replaced But noises coming from the other side Engine

If coming from middle gear cover it could be transferring down the drive line. The nut could be backed off in the front of the differential

I agree. I took mine to a shop with a drivetrain noise. He diagnosed it as something in the middle gear. Turned out to be the differential. I did the screwdriver to the ear test, to see where the noise was most pronounced.
