Right I have gotten my tcat wheel on with a 0.05mm.difference from side to side so very happy with it next I put my discs on and measured where the disc sitsnon the wheel again I see the 0.05mm difference finally I fit my blue spot calipers and only 1 side needs adjustment by 1.5mm I cant understandhow the wheel is nearly purfectly center yet only 1 caliper is off any ideas

Worth a check, with the caliper off. Measuring with vernier calipers should show any discrepancies.

There wouldn't happen to be any offset on the discs that may be causing the issue?

retorque the discs. I thought one of mine was way out when I was still fighting with it.

I had a the same problem with my carrs... it turned out the bearings were not seating all the way into the race because the spacer between the bearings was cut too long. Got it machined down. Then the bearings seated properly into the rim then calipers lined up just fine.
