Each year, my club, Freedom Warrior M.C. collects and distributes toys to children in need. Most toys are distributed to single mothers in recovery, living in halfway homes, or sober living environments. These women rarely have enough funds for any kind of Christmas for their children, usually it's all they can do to get by.
This year, in addition to collecting toys at points around the San Gabriel Valley, we are taking advantage of my ability to purchase childrens items at deep discounts via my employer, and soliciting cash donations to be used for those purchases.
