Finally started working mine.

So I ditched the subframe modification and gas tank swap.
Going to make a fiberglass dummy tank, new seat, and a new tail.

I'm not 100% sure as of now. I think I'm going to go back and trim the tank a little bit more to allow more seat and go from there. The tail is going to get trimmed some also.
