88 max, ok i have read all the threads on tranny's. mine seems to at time from a take off, normal take off i might ad, to shift into neutral. i think it does it when i start off then let up on throttle like moving forward in traffic. no noise at all and i just push the shifter down and i am in first again. i thought it might be a detent or something but after reading about vmax trans i think different now.

Could be a bad shift segment. Do a search on that topic.
