I need a flashlight to see that text color of your post.. LOL

Good info.. I have to let my buds know..

Glad I don't have a cellular flashlight app. He said the small-size file ones are probably OK, but the ones which are 1.5-5 mb in size are the snooping ones.

A good warning Dave, thanks.

Here is a good point on this from Snopes: any 3rd-party software could collect data. It's how-much and what type of data you allow it to collect, and what you agree to have done w/it once it's collected.

Check out their response. How-many people read the legal disclosures before hitting the 'accept' button? Not many, and that's what they count on. I have declined apps because I read the terms & conditions first and didn't want to have them get the permissions they stipulated.

Most everyone of them do.....especially the free ones that's how they generate income by selling your information.

They don't necessarily want your bank info and other private information like this guy who is doing the typical Fox News fear mongering wants you to believe, they want to know what websites you are frequenting so that they can use direct marketing on you.

Same thing is happening when you are on the Internet.

If you are copy and pasting from another site, always paste it in note pad. Then copy and paste the msg from note pad and it will look like this. I went back to one of your other post and did it so you can see the difference. http://www.vmaxforum.net/showthread.php?p=383308#post383308

Imagine that you had won the following *PRIZE* in a contest: Each morning your bank would deposit $86,400 in your private account for your use. However, this prize has rules: The set of rules:

1. Everything that you didn't spend during each day would be taken away from you.

2. You may not simply transfer money into some other account.

3. You may only spend it.

4. Each morning upon awakening, the bank opens your account with another $86,400 for that day.

5. The bank can end the game without warning; at any time it can say, “Game Over!". It can close the account and you will not receive a new one.

What would you personally do?

You would buy anything and everything you wanted right? Not only for yourself, but for all the people you love and care for. Even for people you don't know, because you couldn't possibly spend it all on yourself, right?

You would try to spend every penny, and use it all, because you knew it would be replenished in the morning, right?

ACTUALLY, This GAME is REAL ...Shocked ??? YES!

Each of us is already a winner of this *PRIZE*. We just can't seem to see it.
The PRIZE is *TIME*

1. Each morning we awaken to receive 86,400 seconds as a gift of life.

2. And when we go to sleep at night, any remaining time is Not credited to us.

3. What we haven't used up that day is forever lost.

4. Yesterday is forever gone.

5. Each morning the account is refilled, but the bank can dissolve your account at any time WITHOUT WARNING...

SO, what will YOU do with your 86,400 seconds?

Those seconds are worth so much more than the same amount in dollars. Think about it and remember to enjoy every second of your life, because time races by so much quicker than you think.

So take care of yourself, be happy, love deeply and enjoy life!
Here's wishing you a wonderful and beautiful day. Start “spending”

The Royal Blue font color looks like some Ovaltine Secret Code message from A Christmas Story, who recalls when Jean Shepherd used to write for Playboy and had all those hilarious stories? One of my favorites was The Orpheum Theater Gravy Boat Riot. If you liked A Christmas Story you should look online for his other work or go to the public library or check Amazon for a used copy of his anthology. Whenever I read his stuff, I always found-myself laughing out loud repeatedly.

With that last question, it looks fine.. So it might be the copy / paste that's altering your color.

Thank You. Guess I'll have to copy to Wordpad, copy and then paste / post from there as mentioned earlier.:bang head::clapping:

Rule of thumb when installing apps, look at what it is asking permission to then see if it makes sense. If it doesn't, then don't install it until you do more research. Use common sense.
