Fork oil

Hi all righthand fork seal has gone on my gen 2 so going to replace both sides with genuine yamaha seals and dust seals but what is the best weight of fork oil to put in been happy with the factory oil but any opinion on something better not sure what the original oil weight is

That's gen 1 stuff.

Model years 2017-2020 states using 01 suspension oil with a 95mm oil level in each fork. The 2009 service manual states M1 suspension oil with a 104mm oil level.
