Forward Controls

I would like to add forward controls to my 97. Any direction would be a great start for me.

Do you have crash bars with highway pegs now? If not, you may try that first. When I got the Max, I thought I wanted forwards as well. Tried the pegs first, and now am used to it. Much cheaper and gives you options while riding.

I have not but have considered them. Do you have the stock Yamaha Engine Guards? If you do do you have a part number for them ?

No, I got the one's that Jedi makes. Sean Morley was carrying them. Here's a link showing some of his stuff.

I just installed a set of used forward controls and really like them. Way more comfortable for me. I will be selling the engine guards that came with the bike.
