Seeger makes em, as do a few other companies. I would haunt eBay tho, as they are pretty pricey new.

I have these on my bike:

you can check my garage/locker for pics. I picked them up off eBay last spring. Still not sure about them. nice for cruising, not so much in town. I have been looking at how to add a set of pegs back in the mid bike position.
I think highway bars/ ase gurads would do the same thing (for the most part) and be cheeper.
