i recently ordered a set of engine braces and a set of frame braces from exactrep. they arrived in 4 days, however i was missing a few pieces of hardware. the install was fairly straight forward, but since i piggybacked the two together, i needed to get a few longer screws. i also have to have an aluminum spacer made. inside diameter-8mm, outside diameter-20mm, 10mm in length) anyone here able to whip one of these up?
tomorrow i'll start to figure out the bellypan issues. i think a little trim job will fix the problem. then i'll need to spend a few hours polishing my grubby pawprints off everything lol. i'll also have a set of the frame braces in black for sale once they arrive from the uk!
here's a few pics of everything on the bike. last pic is close up of the right side engine brace. the little tabs you see in the pics are the mounts for the bellypan. enjoy!!

I can carve one of these up for ya Odieoh. It may be awhile getting to you tho. Are you in a hurry? Always like seeing pic's of your ride.
What is that fuzzy brown / green stuff the bike is parked on,..can't remember what it's called ,..haven't seen it in ages. :eusa_dance:

the black ones, once they arrive, are identical to the ones i just put on the bike in the pics. they are used and i want to get them before i price them for sale. i want to make sure all the parts needed to install them are included when i sell them. this may mean a trip to the hardware store for whatever, which will also affect the final price. plus, i've had stuff not show up from the u.k. and when that happens, what a nightmare! no replacement or refund. i got worked by the guy i bought the bodywork from for $1800.00 in additional parts. i never got my steering dampener, oil cooler mod, custom rear brake setup w/billet 6 caliper, or the rear braking rotor. i had insurance but they wanted the sender to file the claim, then send me the money. like i'm gonna trust the asshole that just ripped me off to send me my claim check. told the shipper not to honor a claim submitted be him and pretty much wrote it off.

was able to sort the bellypan issue today!! the engine braces were'nt letting the pan fit so i had to break out the hacksaw and make a few relief cuts. came out pretty decent for an amature. here's the finished product-for now lol! tomorrow i'm thinking of installing the dyna 3000. waiting for the chromed switch housings to arrive as well as a custom breather bottle. once they get here i'll be ordering the new speedo. next project will be fitting up the new rear hugger. looks like i have to lose the billet brake torque arm and go back to stock. going to notch and brace the swingarm, so i'll do everything at once. enjoy
