Front left turn signals wont work

My front left turn signals won't work on my '96 (one mounted on fork, one in the mirror). I just got this bike and I'm not familiar with the max's wiring; where should I start in diagnosing this? Everything looks hooked up too.

Can we assume you have a wiring diagram?

Check the ground, also check the bayonet socket for corrosion. And, you have a filament-intact bulb, w/continuity, yes? Or you hot-wired the LED light for function before installation, if replacing a complete fixture? A loose connector can also cause non-function.
