Front signal relocator kit for gen 1?

Anyone know of a have a link for a front turn signal relocated kit?I purchased a National Cycle Sport Shield EX for my gen 1 only to realize after I got it that it won't work.

Noticed the link doesn't" show it listed for a max,will it fit?(big enough for diameter of fork)Will there be enough wire or will it have to be spliced and lengthened?
