Gas Tank Building up pressure?

Ok While letting my bike warm up today, it started to act as if it was out of gas sputtering. The trip odometer was only on 49 miles, so I decided to look inside the tank (sunny outside)
When I removed the gas cap pressure release for about 3 seconds.
Whats the deal why isnt my tank releasing pressure?:ummm:

Lankee, look on the front of your battery box. You should see a small cylinder looking thingy with what looks like a fuel line running to and from it. It's a tip-over valve and is most likely stuck closed. This is you gas line vent hose and the tip over valve should only go closed when the bike tips over. This prevents petrol from spewing out of the vent. Remove the top hose and your problem should go away.

Wish they had put a tip over valve on that damn weep hole for the Brake master. Bastards! LOL!
