The guy said this was the first test ride after the bulid. They are not sure it would run or not LOL
Radial engine was done may times before. Check the thekneeslider site for example

Very cool. Didn't know they made a radial that small. Used to the Pratt & Whitney 450hp I've seen in most of the Stearman WWII trainers flying around these days. My brother had one of those and that big radial sounds just plain sick.

I believe the guy on the silver radial in this video is "ollie the afghanpilot" - from the Rune forum. If so, he flies missions of some sort in Afghanistan and also ride a honda Rune. I missed the chance to meet him at the 2012 annual Rune rally.

Guy down the road from me has one. He had to do a lot of work to get it street worthy after he got it from the original builder. Awesome engineering feat at any rate.
