Congrats on the job. Things are tough out there.

I've been trying to hire some guys and figured I'd be able to pick and choose because of the way things are right now but I'm having a hard time getting anyone worthwhile in the door.:bang head:

i think the mod monkey is probably packing all of his "this would be AWESOME on the Max" notes and heading your way... what to do with the money is now out of your hands LOL :rofl_200:

driving to indy everyday to work a few presses at a small factory. must get 250 parts per hour its easy work but long and tedious. its just short of being able to make a living. the overtime is what makes it worth it. i leave the house at 2 and get home at 2. so its my whole day each day.

last night i made 1791 parts and i guess that was a tad below average so im getting the hang of it.

i grab a ton of steel bars out of a crate and throw 3 on the 3 dies and press the buttons and alternate the bars and throw a new one on, and throw the finished one into a pile. after about a hundred i stop and reload out of the crate and organize the finished ones into a box. i also have to stop once an hour and measure all the dimensions on the part to make sure its in spec.

i get my own fan blowing on me and new gloves whenever i need them, 2 breaks and a 30 min lunch. i dont have anything to cry about. i play my mp3 player too that helps pass time

oh and todays my birthday yay 21

my commute round trip is 120 miles each day not including any errands i have to do and class and things like that. its almost all interstate. dont laugh but ive thought about getting a yamaha venture to rack miles up on. i hope it pays fr itself in gas

my truck can only do 2 trips before it needs a refill and the vmax cant make it there and back haha

oh and my gf wants me to get a gen2 vmax to keep me motivated and working overtime lol no shat.
