Just wet-sanding the primer today, buying my metallic magenta this week, painting as early as next week!
I just learned how to mix and spray paint this week, using the boss's equipment and buying my own base and clear and watching him do it on my Honda paint set. So this will be my first attempt. It will likely be rough, but Imma have a "paynk" Vmax!

candy gun-metal grey over micro-metal flake silver. checkered and union jack flags completely airbrushed. done as a continuous mural. accents added to make the checkered flag appear to hover, as if it is actually draped over the bike. paintjob was done by previous owner of the bodywork in the uk. you dont wanna know what it cost him to have it done lol!-almost $4k. done by a professional paint shop called born2bewild in england, however i think they have gone outta business.

its not, standard u.s model 1997 with the bodywork off the max from the uk. i bought all the painted panels off the guy about 2 years ago. he's the guy that ripped me off for $1800.00 worth of other custom parts off the bike.

i follow. i def saw some pics that looked eerily familiar on the web a while back. that sucks man! i don't remember the story tho, it happen a while ago?

You can see my paint in my avitar when I get home in sept I will take some more pics for you guys. I bought the bike like this it was painted by a shop in denver. sean may know more about it then me as he knew the previous owner.
