I hope you had the chance to catch the 60 Minutes segment tonight called "Succeeding As Civilians". It's stories like these that give me faith in what makes this a great country! The entertainment and political industries that dominate the media these days with total shit make stories like these a breath of fresh air in a stinking atmosphere!
The program featured returning veterans a way to gain confidence and knowledge online and in classroom on how to be an entrepreneur and use their military skills. It was started by a Veteran (Mike Haynie, Air Force) based on his issues with trying to learn what to do once he retired from the Air Force. Two Marines Johnny Morris and Brad Lang have started a custom gun business using this program to help their business get up and running. It was a great moment on tv tonight!!
