Thats a pretty good looking windshield. A lot better looking than my Slipstreamer.

It is one of those too - the Slipstreamer Hellfire model. I had the Spitfire model on before that, and while I also liked the looks, the noise was too much on the highway at sustained high speeds..

I have the SlipStreamer Cobra.

Sorry about the crappy pic.

Thanks Naughty,
Looks good it seems like it would keep some of the
wind off your thighs the way it drops down on the sides.
Is it hot in the summer ? Around town I'd pull it off but
would put it on for road trips.
Thanks again,
Chris

Honestly, it does nothing at all for your legs or thighs. It's a little warmer a low speeds but not that much - at low speed in hot weather you get what the fan throws at ya anyway.

Mounted as I have it, as stated earlier, I still get plenty of ventilation directed at the lower half of my upper body at speed, so I'm very happy with it.

that is the worst looking thing i have ever seen on a vmax. dave

Which one, the Spitfire, the Hellfire or the Cobra?

I think the Spitfire is cute, I became partial to the Hellfire after I mounted it because it's so functional (try doing 1 1/2 hour @ 90+mph regularly) but I agree with you about the Cobra.

To each his own.. :punk:

Here's my Memphis Shade Hellcat windshield - but you need to move the signal lights to the fork tubes - very good wind protection

Mike

Right now debating the Hellfire,Hellcat and Plexistar 2.
Honestly think the Hellcat looks the sportiest of the bunch
with the Hellfire giving a little better coverage.
Choices, choices. Really like the Rifle setup but out of my
price range.
Thanks Mike and Naughty.
