Title pretty much says it all. I changed my clutch and brake to stainless lines, and while my brakes are behaving (mostly) the clutch will not disengage.

I've bleed the SS line repeatedly and am sure there is no air present. The clutch lever has plenty of feel, perhaps a bit harder than stock (no line expansion I would assume).

Working the clutch with the bike off and stationary, I can hear the slave in motion.

Holding the clutch in, it's easier to slam through the gears, but it's never disengaging completely, i.e., I cannot push the bike in gear with the clutch held in.

I'm at my wits end and missing a beautiful day for riding. Hralp?!

FWIW, the solution to this was just to start the damn bike and get things moving around, something I hadn't done because I still haven't put in the new batt.

So I jumped it from the car and everything works tits.

i don't have the knowledge of mark but i was definitly gonna keep a close eye on this thread...

glad u figured it out noxx... makes sense tho i guess that the bike just had to work it out...

glad u tried that.. ya could abeen there a long time!

Clutch plates stuck together, pretty common after sitting for awhile.

had it really been sitting that long? i thought Noxx had ridden it lately...

Only about 4 days, but in that time I also changed the oil, and of course the clutch lines and fluid.
