Sorry but, I'm not sure what your asking?
If you are having problems at low rpms it could be a voltage issue (battery, stator, rectifier/regulator, wiring).

Could be a carb problem too. The pilot jets are known. To get plugged up.

Could be a some other things too.

Id start with the easy stuff then move to harder stuff. Check voltage, check spark, open up the carbs

Can you give us more information about your problem?

What exactly is the motor doing wrong? What sounds is it making?
What is the setup of your bike if it is not stock?
What have you done any work to it recently?

I'm just going to guess without any further info that maybe you are having fuel issues(very common now-a-days). But it could be a handful of things. Has the bike sat with the same gas in it for any amount of time?
