Since it was two bikes that were hit I would be inclined to think the SUV came into their lane. A tragic loss regardless of fault.

Keep us updated with any new details on this Bill. Especially if the SUV driver get charged. That's assuming he/she wasn't the one driving at the time. So sad....

Not real surprised to find out the SUV crossed the center line...no indication why but the SUV fatality was a lady passenger 68 yrs old....just guessing that maybe the driver was elderly also...health reasons perhaps :confused2:

If they turned slightly instead of drifting over, the passenger area could have been hit by the bike(s).
