The photos should tell it all - what can you suggest, other then replace the cover or seat - to fix the missing PVC on the seat edges? I am not aiming at concours finish. I have seen PVC repair kits but not sure they can deal with so much missing plastic. My current plan is to use epoxy resin mixed in with colour to fill the gaps and to stick down the PVC around the hole.

Or I can either sell you a cover, exchange the front seat, or do a custom seat (on exchange) that is more comfortable.

Sean's idea is better, of-course. For a quick & dirty way to minimize the hole's appearance, I'd look at an art store for the closest-matching Sharpie pen to disguise it.

I bought one of the cheap Chinese vinyl/leather repair kits from eBay and think I made a reasonable job, about 8/10 I'd say.

Had to remove some of the staples on the corner in order to glue in a piece of fabric that comes with the kit then mix up the "paint"? to try to match the cover - used green/brown/black to get it close. It's a bit shiny but better than a gaping .hole
