Ideal needle, jet and clip settings/combo's

Attention all Carb Guru's.

Can anyone who has done it tell me what the ideal needle, jet and clip settings/combo's are for a stock motor running Supertrapp slip ons :ummm:

Mine tends to run rich and especially so over 5k.

Don't want to squeeze more power out of it. I just want to get the burn a CLEAN as I can without power loss. :rocket bike:

Stock needles are best but not adjustable.

For the setup you mentioned don't use stage 1, FP or stage 7 needles. Maybe stock Canadian needles since they are adjustable.

Thanks for the info. It's a Canadian import so I might get lucky. I'll pull the slides and see if the needles are clip adjustable.

Hang on. Just remembered they are adjustable.:clapping:

I would do the needle test to see where you're at. It's a sticky in the carb section.

Try to lower in 1/4 - 1/2 clip increments. A little bit goes a long ways.
