heya to all my Vmax chums

just a quick word to explain why I haven't been on for quite a while - I'm having a total nightmare here in the Uk - I have an evil tenant :damn angry: in my apartment I was trying to sell and it's all taken a turn for the worse. I now have to stay longer to go to court to try sort it out, and it's looking like the whole ordeal's gonna cost me up to ?7000 (!) :bang head: including a payoff :damn angry::damn angry::damn angry: to get rid of the damn *****.

So anyway, I'll be back march 11th now, can't wait to get back to Maxine and more FL sunshine, and if anyone knows a decent hitman I'm all ears LOL

Is this a squatter that won't leave? My Mom had a similar situation overseas.. someone living rent free for a few years..apparently he was jumping from place to place living like this..something to do with the lease technicalities is why he claimed he would'nt pay..it was all tied up in court for a long time..it also cost a bundle just to get him out (lawyers) and he was ordered to pay back rent but what do you know..he finally disappeared.

By the way how come I never hear of 10,000 laywers being laid off??
